Minimum Order, Turnaround Time, and Packaging:

Our minimum order for custom sugar cookies is 20. Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. Need your cookies sooner? Don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Every cookie is a custom creation, baked fresh to order. While we strive for consistent quality, minor differences in color and design may arise. Your cookies will be individually packaged in a clear, sealed bag with our signature branding.

Delivery & Pick-Up:

​

Delivery is a $20 flat fee (free for orders over $200) within the Perth CBD only. Pick-up is available outside the Perth CBD and Peel region.

 

Rush Orders:

We can accommodate rush orders with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Please note that a $50 fee will apply.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are subject to a $20 admin/processing fee. To avoid this fee, we encourage customers to consider a credit for future purchases.
