Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

This website is operated by Bespoke Hamper and Sweets, a Western Australia–based small business specialising in bespoke hampers and custom sweets for personal and corporate gifting within Perth.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. As many of our items are handmade, bespoke, or perishable, slight variations in colour, design, or presentation may occur and are considered part of the bespoke nature of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke orders include, but are not limited to:

• Personalised cookies

• Branded or logo items

• Made-to-order hampers

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Minimum lead times apply to all bespoke orders and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing for approved corporate clients.

Approved corporate clients may request invoicing. Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available within Perth CBD only, unless otherwise agreed.

• Flat delivery fee: $20

• Free delivery on orders over $200 within Perth CBD

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Bespoke Hamper and Sweets is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Local pickup may be available by arrangement.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to:

• Minimum order quantities (MOQs)

• Extended lead times

• Branding and artwork approval prior to production

All corporate order details will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Bespoke Hamper and Sweets and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Hamper and Sweets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
